inVISIBLES · The First Book by El Club de las Mujeres (In)Visibles |
|
El Club de las Mujeres (In)Visibles, in collaboration with DashBook, presents its first book: inVISIBLES. This work emerges from a careful curation among the Club’s members, giving voice and visibility to women artists with unique styles and narratives.
The artists featured in this book are: 🔸 Marga Blanco, a Madrid-based painter with a distinctive and deeply expressive style. 🔸 Rocío García-Pérez, a photographer who captures stories through light and emotion. 🔸 Bárbara Puliga, a collage creator who combines shapes and colors in a truly unique way. 🔸 Kat Amo Odio, a visual artist whose work merges color, geometry, and energy, with a strong influence from design. Each of us selected ten pieces, accompanied by reflections on the creative process, inspiration, and the stories behind each work. |
A Cover that Captures the Essence of the BookI had the honor of creating the cover of inVISIBLES. Inspired by the original logo of El Club, I designed the image of a woman removing a blindfold, a symbolic act of awakening and empowerment.
The red surrounding her represents passion, strength, and determination — elements that define both the essence of the book and each of the artists featured in it. |
A Launch Met with Great Enthusiasm
|
The book was presented at the Hotel Only You Atocha, to a full house and an incredibly warm reception. The excitement was palpable: through inVISIBLES, we have amplified our voices, taken our art further, and continued to establish the space we deserve in the art world.
Thank you to El Club de las Mujeres (In)Visibles, DashBook, and everyone who has acquired the book and accompanied us on this journey toward visibility. |
